Witnessing the need and importance of mental and physical development in refugee children, BRCF played a leading role in helping general children of the camps change their physical and mental health. To imbue in children the sense of discipline, BRCF conducted game competitions. This has positively nourished the mentality of the refugee children and helped prevent their possible involvement in various anti-social activities. Ridden by a need to bring new programs and create new platforms to increasingly involve children's participation in different developmental areas in social grounds, BRCF with limited fund support, has made maximum possible number of children participate in child development programs like games other talents shows like dramas and cultural shows. All the activities were performed to accomplish the motto of 'tots' leadership for tots'. As an impact of such child oriented programs, participating children's mentality has been greatly changed for social coordination.

Empowering refugee children for democratic process
As long as a healthy democratic process is not taught and practiced, the injustice on children at risk cannot be ended and peace in the community remains to be a distant achievement. Thus, being guided by the basic ethics of democracy from the people, by the people and for the people BRCF attempted to train the young stars about the healthy democratic practice. BRCF believes that tomorrow's society grows to be just and peaceful if children today are trained and empowered with the practice of the progressive democracy.
